A Courage & Renewal® Retreat
Begins: November 15th at 7pm Ends: November 18th at 2pm
The pace of change in our world is demanding. How do we stay engaged and yet not be overwhelmed? We face the ongoing challenges and unpredictability of the transitions of vocation, relationships, aging and identity. We sense the need to be more present, wise, kind, and self-aware.
In this Circle of Trust® program at Kings Fold, a safe space is offered to nurture personal and professional integrity and the courage to act on it. This is a program informed by the work of the activist and writer Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal.
Experienced small group facilitator, Dan Hines, teaches from his ongoing learning in ‘wayfinding’: a set of traditional navigational skills being rediscovered among the Pacific Islands. Dan guides the circle in practices, such as the Quaker inspired Clearness Committee, to help each person hear from their authentic voice of inner wisdom.
Facilitator: Dan Hines
